Taihe egret reserve

Taihe Egret Nature Reserve is located in Zhaojiagou, Jialing District, Nanchong City, Sichuan Province. The natural habitat of Taihe wild egrets is located in this area. The area 10 kilometers up and down the Xihe River is the activity area of egrets. In spring and summer, there are more than 20000 egrets. There are seven kinds of Taihe egrets, including egret, grey egret, grey egret and Red Crowned egret. Among them, egret is the most and Red Crowned egret is the most precious.

In order not to disturb egrets, villagers also spontaneously formed an unwritten rule that "no fireworks are allowed in Zhaojiagou". A local old man said that he had never seen or heard of egrets attacked in Zhaojiagou. Seeing that the villagers were so friendly, egret invited friends and friends to Zhaojiagou to live and work in peace and contentment. In spring breeding season, summer and autumn, there are a lot of egrets camping here. The bamboo forest is full of egrets, and there are many egrets hovering over the bamboo forest. In the early morning, when the egrets go out for food, the sound of their wings flapping is like a gust of wind; in the evening, when the egrets return to their nests, the "intimate night talk" of egrets will last until after 11 o'clock in the night.
