Scientific research platform
The laboratory has basically completed the ecological technology research platform and molecular biology technology research platform, with more than 40 sets of large-scale instruments and equipment, with a total value of more than 20 million yuan. Each large-scale instrument is set up in each discipline group, and the supporting unit is equipped with special technical personnel to be responsible for the management (maintenance, recording, etc.), and the laboratory is given the operation fee. Organization management
The academic committee is the academic guidance organization of the laboratory. The vice chairman and members of the academic committee are appointed by the supporting units. The main tasks of the academic committee are to review the objectives, tasks and research directions of the laboratory, listen to the annual work report of the director of the laboratory, review the major academic activities of the laboratory, discuss and formulate the application guide for open research projects of the State Key Laboratory of freshwater ecology and biotechnology according to the national needs and the development direction of the laboratory, and approve open research projects. To explore the effects of environmental factors, especially human activities, on the structure and function of freshwater ecosystem, reveal the mechanism and harm of water pollution, and put forward prevention and control measures, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the protection and sustainable utilization of freshwater resources; to develop biotechnology, and devote to the genetic and developmental biology research related to fish genetic engineering and cell engineering, To explore the establishment of a new, efficient, healthy and sustainable development of Fisheries model.
