The diversified art is the characteristic here. From Judian to the north of the river, about 25 kilometers to Tacheng township. From the government of Tacheng township to the riverside, you can see the ruins of Tacheng iron bridge (no ticket). This bridge across the Jinsha River should be the earliest iron bridge in the world, more than 1000 years earlier than the similar bridges built in Britain (the iron cable bridge was built in 1741) and Russia (the iron cable bridge was built in 1824). Now here is an ancient ferry. When you take the ferry to the east bank, you can see the traces of stone holes around the iron bridge and chain on the rocks.

Mosuo mountain Festival

On the 25th day of the seventh lunar month, Mosuo people go to the lion mountain (also known as Gemu mountain) on the Bank of Lugu Lake, dressed up, riding or walking. Lion mountain is the incarnation of goddess Gemu. Gemu is the supreme protector of Mosuo's daughter kingdom. People go to the mountains to burn incense and kowtow, hang colorful sutras, offer offerings and pray for the blessing of the goddess. Naxi Bangbang Festival

The 15th day of the first lunar month is the Naxi traditional festival "Bangbang Festival". The most characteristic is the exchange of bamboo and wooden farm tools during the festival. People and small traders in the nearby rural areas set up stalls in the farmers' market. This is a grand exchange meeting of bamboo, wood and iron farm tools. There are many kinds of farm tools. Farmers in neighboring counties, as well as farmers and businessmen in Dali, Baoshan and Tibet, bring local specialties to the fair for sale, and then buy what they need. Farmers in Lijiang also buy farm tools and supplies for spring ploughing.

Naxi mule and Horse Club

It is a traditional folk festival of Naxi people in Lijiang. It is held in the middle of July every year and lasts for one week. It mainly deals with mules, horses, cattle, sheep and other livestock. It also exchanges local products. Farmers from Dali, Jianchuan, Heqing, Zhongdian and Yongsheng all came to buy mules and horses and Lijiang bronzes. Ten thousand mules were listed on the market. During the meeting, various recreational activities, such as horse racing and acting, are also held.
