Shuicheng pearl Grand Theater is a large state-owned enterprise, Liaocheng Jiangbei Shuicheng scenic area development and Construction Group Co., Ltd. the theater was designed by Tsinghua University and invested 80 million yuan by Liaocheng Municipal People's government. It was completed in May 2003.

As a cultural institution specializing in various performance activities, Shuicheng Mingzhu Grand Theater is the organizer of China Jiangbei Shuicheng (Liaocheng) Cultural Tourism Festival. According to the arrangement of the municipal Party committee and the municipal government and the market demand, our theater needs to hold 45-50 large-scale artistic performances every year, involving 45 million yuan of performance cost. Scale and facilities

Designed by Tsinghua University, Jiangbei Shuicheng Grand Theater was completed in May 2003. The architectural style is novel and unique, which is the crystallization of architecture and art. The theater is a hemispherical building with a diameter of 83 meters, a height of 33 meters and a building area of 9000 square meters. It has unique opening and closing functions in China. When it opens, it looks like Sydney Opera House in Australia; when it closes, it shows the style of National Grand Theater of China, enabling the audience to appreciate the two effects of open-air theater and closed theater. The theater is equipped with central air conditioning, lifting rotary stage, lighting and sound equipment with unique performance, which can provide the best audio-visual effect for high-grade artistic performance. In the theater, there are 4000 beautiful and comfortable new seats, magnificent actor dressing room, VIP lounge, boutique house, as well as the coffee shop and teahouse in Xibu 16 lake, all of which show the luxurious style of Jiangbei water city (Liaocheng) Grand Theater.
