Yangtai mountain scenic spot

Yangtai mountain is located in Shiyan district, Bao'an District, Shenzhen City, with magnificent momentum and beautiful scenery. With an altitude of 587 meters, it is the highest peak in the west of Shenzhen. During the Anti Japanese War, the local people and Dongjiang column staged a "great rescue" which shocked both China and foreign countries. They rescued Mao Dun, He Xiangning, Zou Taofen and other famous patriots from the occupied island of Hong Kong and Kowloon. Yangtai mountain is also called hero mountain. In 2008, "Yangtai Diecui" was rated as one of the eight scenic spots in Shenzhen. It has become a good place for Chinese and foreign tourists and the general public to go sightseeing, tourism, leisure and fitness.
