Zezhou Park

Zezhou park is located in the middle of Jincheng City, Shanxi Province. It is adjacent to Fengtai East Street, the main east-west road in the south, Donghuan Road in the north and Taihang Road in the West. It covers a total area of 47.78 hectares. It is the first large-scale municipal comprehensive park built by Jincheng garden Bureau.

The project is divided into three phases. Historical development

Zezhou park takes the long history and culture of Jincheng City as the theme, takes the natural landscape as the main method, and takes the local rich plant resources as the main material to highlight the natural landscape. It embodies the regional characteristics of Jincheng City, such as outstanding people, rich products, long history and splendid culture.

By the end of 2001, according to statistics, the accumulated construction investment is nearly 47 million yuan. The park has built important scenic spots and facilities, including the square inside and outside the south gate, the west gate, the north gate, xiafengpugong lake, rockery, the Chinese zodiac, youlongxi, Zezhou four scenery platform, music platform, yuanyuanting, Yunling Chunshen plant viewing area, cedar lawn, etc. these scenic spots are now open to tourists.

Reconstruction project

In 2009, in order to improve the ecological environment of the city, the municipal Party committee and the municipal government decided to transform it. The project was implemented in three phases, and the first phase was basically completed.

The project carried out landscape greening, transformation and mountain treatment on the East, South and North "three slopes", planted Pinus tabulaeformis, various trees, flowering shrubs, placed landscape stones and laid water pipes; high quality paving was carried out on the first, second and third grade garden roads of the park, which met the needs of fire control and garden sightseeing; in addition, 50 mu enclosed lawn was built, placed landscape stones; and Zezhou public park was built The east gate of the garden; completed the laying of cables and water pipes in the garden, installed landscape lighting of Garden Road, added seats, fruit box, etc.

The transformation of the park reflects the people-oriented concept, focusing on the organic combination of mountains, water, flowers, grass, garden, forest and landscape, so that the public can fully enjoy the beauty of garden art.
