Brownie of love

Brownie of love

Introduction:

"I've always loved the rich and heavy taste of western style food, and Brownie is one of them. I like to eat a small piece of chocolate brownie in the busy afternoon. It has a slightly bitter taste, thick and fragrant, like the taste of love. Fortunately, my husband also likes it, so eating Brownie together has become a common hobby

Production steps:

Step 1: take a small pot, boil water, stop fire, put chocolate and butter in a bowl, put in hot water to boil;

Step 2: introduce white granulated sugar into chocolate butter, stir and melt;

Step 3: beat 3 eggs, break up, add milk while beating;

Step 4: take out the melted chocolate butter, cool it down until it is not hot, add the beaten egg, and stir well;

Step 5: sift all the powders together, cut and mix evenly (if it's cold and the chocolate hardens too fast, cut and mix in hot water);

Step 6: pour the well mixed brownie batter into the mold, sprinkle the peeled peanuts on the surface, put them in the baking pan, and pour hot water about 1cm high into the baking pan, then push them into the oven through water, heat up and down 180 degrees, bake for 20 minutes;

Step 7: get out of the oven, cool in the air and cut thick pieces.
