Braised potato chips

Introduction:

"When the potato chips are ripe, they are golden and oily, with green scallions and refined salt on them. It's crispy outside, soft and glutinous inside. It's very sweet with millet porridge."

Production steps:

Step 1: scrape off the surface of potatoes with tools and wash them for use.

Step 2: cut into one centimeter by one centimeter long strips.

Step 3: pour vegetable oil into the pan over low heat. After the oil is hot, put on the potato chips and fry them slowly over low heat.

Step 4: fry for a while. When you hear the creaking sound in the pan, turn over the potato chips with a spade and continue to simmer on the other side.

Step 5: when the potato chips are golden on both sides and mature, sprinkle with refined salt and chopped green onion.

Step 6: put the potato bar code on the plate covered with lettuce leaves and sprinkle with white sesame.

Materials required:

Potatoes: 500g

Lettuce leaf: 2 pieces

Vegetable oil: 40g

Refined salt: 0.5 TSP

Cooked white sesame: 1 tsp

Green onion powder: 2 tsp

Note: when frying potato chips, don't put too much oil. Fry slowly over low heat, or cover the pot and simmer for a while. Turn it over frequently. Don't fry it. Put salt and scallion out of the pot.
