Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: wash and dice cucumber.

Step 2: peel and dice the onion.

Step 3: add salt, monosodium glutamate and sesame oil to mix well.

Materials required:

Cucumber: two

Onion: one

Salt: right amount

MSG: right amount

Sesame oil: appropriate amount

Note: if the onion is purple skin or blanching a water is better, I just because there is no blanching water spicy dead!
