Roasted squid in soy sauce

Introduction:

"Sometimes I like to eat squid with iron plate outside. If I don't have iron plate at home, I roast it in the oven to see how it tastes."

Production steps:

Step 1: prepare the ingredients. Squid cut off the head, pull out the internal organs, remove the skin, clean.

Step 2: cut the squid into 1cm wide circles and cut into large pieces.

Step 3: shred a quarter of the onion and put it in the box with the squid.

Step 4: take a small bowl, put in barbecue sauce, chili sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine, garlic (chopped), black pepper, mix well into marinade.

Step 5: pour the marinade into the squid.

Step 6: fully grasp, cover and refrigerate for more than four hours.

Step 7: lay tin foil on the baking tray, place half of the chopped onion, and spread the pickled squid on the onion.

Step 8: put it in the oven, bake at 200 ℃ for 6 minutes, take it out, brush a layer of BBQ sauce (add a little water), and bake for 6 minutes.

Squid: 1

Garlic: 3 cloves

Barbecued pork sauce: 2 tbsp

Korean chili sauce: 2 tbsp

Raw soy sauce: 1 tbsp

Cooking wine: 1 tbsp

Black pepper: right amount

Note: if you like the slightly burnt taste, you can finally move the baking tray to the top and bake for another 3 minutes. Seasoning can be adjusted by oneself, adding some cumin powder is also good.
