DIY yogurt

Production steps:
Step 1: soak the container and stirring utensils in boiling water for disinfection (to prevent other bacteria from entering and affecting the quality of yogurt) and let the water in the box evaporate naturally.
Step 2: pour the milk and plain yogurt into the fermentation container.
Step 3: mix the milk evenly.
Step 4: set the constant temperature and seal of the yoghurt machine, and let it stand for 6-8 hours.
Step 5: the milk is in the shape of bean curd, and the yoghurt fermentation is completed.
Step 6: add sugar, honey, etc. according to your preference.
Materials required:
Pure milk: 2 bags (240ml / bag)
Yogurt: 1 small box 1 (00ml)
Note: 1, the role of yogurt machine is constant temperature, usually the best temperature of lactic acid bacteria fermentation in 38-40 degrees. 2. In hot summer, it can be fermented at room temperature (the container must be disinfected and sealed to avoid other bacterial pollution). At the same time, it can be replaced by any container that can maintain a constant temperature, such as electric rice cooker and thermos cup. Please keep the temperature at about 38-40 ℃. 3. Homemade yogurt had better be drunk within a week, the best within three days, so as to ensure that yogurt has a large number of rich active lactic acid bacteria. 4. The fermented yoghurt is slightly sour than the finished yoghurt bought in the market. It can be better to add appropriate honey to the yoghurt.
