Production steps:

Step 1: wash mung beans and soak in water for 4 hours.

Step 5: beat the mung bean paste.

Note: 1. The time of boiling mung bean should not be too long. If the mung beans are cooked too badly, they will melt in the water and it is difficult to separate. 2. Don't put too much water in the blender, otherwise the stir frying time will be longer. 3. When stir frying, be patient, stir frying with low heat, otherwise it will paste the pot. 4.
