Production steps:

Step 1: the fennel is baked in an electric baking pan and broken by a cooking machine,

Step 2: the yeast powder is dissolved with water,

Step 3: add eggs, stir well with chopsticks, add sunflower seed oil,

Step 4: add medium gluten flour, baking powder, salt and chopped fennel,

Step 5: stir with chopsticks until dry,

Step 6: then knead it into a ball,

Step 7: cover with plastic film and let it grow for 30 minutes,

Step 8: use a rolling pin to roll a thick rectangular piece of about 8 mm, and divide it into two parts from the middle,

Step 9: cut into strips about 1.5cm wide,

Step 10: cut the strip in half, leaving about 1cm at each end,

Step 11: turn the two ends from the middle to the opposite direction to form a twist,

Step 12: after everything is done, put it into a non stick baking tray, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it grow at room temperature for 20 minutes,

Step 13: put into the preheated oven, heat up and down, middle layer, 180 degrees, bake for 20 minutes until the surface is golden, then turn 120 degrees, simmer for 20 minutes, turn off the fire and simmer for a while until all the water is released, and become crisp. The baked bangbangbangmo is very delicious.
