Mianyang Normal University is a full-time undergraduate college in Sichuan Province. The school is located in Mianyang, a national civilized city, which is known as the "Pearl of Sichuan Road" and the birthplace of Li Bai.  

The spring and Autumn period has changed, and the salary of Zhuohuo has been passed down. Approved by the Ministry of education of the people's Republic of China in 2002, Mianyang Normal University was established by merging the former Mianyang Normal College and Mianyang education college. In 2006, it became a bachelor's degree awarding authority unit. In 2007, it passed the undergraduate teaching evaluation of the Ministry of education with good results. In 2011, it was approved to become a pilot unit of "serving the national special needs project" and began to recruit master's degree students of environmental engineering.
