Jinan University

Jinan University is a comprehensive University jointly built by Shandong provincial government and the Ministry of education. It is a key construction university in Shandong Province and one of the first batch of famous universities with application-oriented talents training characteristics. It has the right to grant bachelor's, master's and doctor's degrees and the right to recommend entrance examination free for master's graduates.

Founded in 1948, the school has been bearing in mind the motto of "perseverance, erudition, truth-seeking and perfection" for 66 years, inheriting the school spirit of "diligence, preciseness, unity and innovation", carrying forward the spirit of "hard work, cohesion, advancement, advancement and pursuit of excellence", and cultivating a large number of outstanding talents for national construction and economic and social development, with more than 180000 alumni all over the world.

The campus covers an area of 2.43 million square meters, the building area of the school is more than 1.02 million square meters, the total value of fixed assets is 1.61 billion yuan, and the total value of teaching and scientific research equipment is 370 million yuan. The library has a building area of 63000 square meters, a collection of 4.02 million books and electronic literature, more than 4200 Chinese and foreign language journals, and more than 15600 electronic journals.
