Ma Zelong

Ma Zelong, male, Han nationality, was born in June 1970 in Puning, Guangdong Province. He joined the Communist Party of China in August 1994 and began to work in August 1991. He is an in-service postgraduate and master of economics.

At present, he is the Secretary of the Party committee and director of the Baiyun District Taxation Bureau of the State Administration of taxation.

He has successively served as section member and deputy director of Yuancun Office of Guangzhou Tianhe District Finance and Taxation Bureau, section chief of tax administration section of Tianhe Collection Management Branch of Guangzhou Local Taxation Bureau, member of Party group and deputy director of Baiyun Collection Management Branch of Guangzhou Local Taxation Bureau in March 2002, deputy director of collection management division of Guangzhou Local Taxation Bureau in May 2004, and collection management division of Guangzhou Local Taxation Bureau in January 2009 In September 2013, he served as secretary of the Party group and director of Guangzhou Huangpu District Local Taxation Bureau; in June 2017, he served as secretary of the Party group and director of Guangzhou Baiyun District Local Taxation Bureau; from July 2018 to October 2018, he served as secretary and director of the joint party committee of Guangzhou Baiyun District Taxation Bureau of the State Administration of taxation; from October 2018 to now, he has served as secretary of the Party committee and director of Guangzhou Baiyun District Taxation Bureau of the State Administration of taxation.
