Zhang Rongsheng

Zhang Rongsheng, male, was born in September 1957 in Xinyu, Jiangxi Province. He joined the party in March 1985 and began to work in September 1975 with a postgraduate degree.

He is now the director of the Standing Committee of Xinyu Municipal People's Congress.

In June 1985, he was appointed deputy director of the editorial office of Xinyu Municipal Bureau of labor and personnel (section level); in August 1987, he was appointed deputy section chief of the Secretary section of the office of Xinyu municipal Party committee (section level); in October 1988, he was appointed chief of the Secretary section of the office of Xinyu municipal Party committee; in December 1989, he was appointed party member and deputy director of Xinyu Municipal Bureau of labor; in October 1992, he was appointed member of the Standing Committee and director of organization of Yushui district Party committee of Xinyu City; in December 1996, he was appointed deputy director of the office of Xinyu municipal Party committee Deputy secretary general and director of Xinyu municipal Party committee office; Deputy Secretary of Fenyi county Party committee (county level) in November 1999; secretary and director of Xinyu Municipal Education Committee in February 2001; Secretary of the Party group and director of Xinyu Municipal Education Bureau in September 2002; secretary and director of Xinyu Municipal Education Bureau in July 2003; member of standing committee and Secretary General of Xinyu municipal Party committee in November 2006; member of Xinyu Municipal Education Bureau in August 2010 Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Central Committee and Minister of the Ministry of agriculture and industry. In February 2015, he served as secretary and director of the Party group of the Standing Committee of Xinyu Municipal People's Congress. He served as the director of the Standing Committee of Xinyu Municipal People's Congress in October 2016.
