Xu Chuanhai, male, Han nationality, born in December 1962 in Rizhao, Shandong Province, is a member of the Communist Party of China with a master's degree and a professor.

In September 1981, I entered Harbin Institute of architectural engineering to study electrical automation;

In July 1985, he taught in electrical automation major of mechanical and Electrical Department of Shandong Institute of architecture and engineering;

In September 1987, he studied for the master's degree of Management Engineering (Higher Education Management) in the Graduate School of Harbin Institute of technology;

In July 1990, I studied in the enterprise management office of Jinan No.4 construction company;

From July 1991 to November 1998, engaged in teaching management in the Academic Affairs Office of Shandong Institute of architecture and engineering;

From November 1998 to August 2005, he served as deputy director and director of the Academic Affairs Office of Shandong Institute of architecture and engineering;

In August 2005, he was the president of Jinan engineering college.
