Zhu Dingyu
Zhu Dingyu was born in May 1939 in Ningcheng County, Hebei Province. He joined the Photography Department of Beijing Film Academy in 1957 and was assigned to Xi'an Film Studio in 1961.

He has worked as a news, science and education, documentary photography, as a feature film photography assistant, photographer, and director in 1987.
The films mainly include: trill of life, village in the city, silent Xiaoli River, operation hurricane, etc. Co directed the first story, the decorated smuggler.
As a director and camera of TV series such as crescent moon, Elegy of yanzhao, distant mountain, bloody heihuling, vicious romance, Songzi Fengyun, etc., as a director of shooting beggars in troubled times. Many papers have been published. He is now a member of China Film Association and a national first-class photographer.
