Liu Ronghui, male, Han nationality, was born in October 1938 in Baodi, Tianjin. He joined the Communist Party of China in November 1962 and began to work in September 1963. He graduated from the Department of history of Beijing Normal University in Hebei Province and received university education.

Life of the characters

From 1959 to 1963, he studied in the Department of history, Beijing Normal University, Hebei Province. From 1963 to 1966, he was a member of the personnel department of the Provincial Department of education. Later, he served as the leader and deputy leader of the "four Qing" working team of Longhua and Pingquan counties, the leader of the commune working team, the political commissar of the Youth League, and the candidate for deputy head of the people's Committee of Pingquan County (from January to September 1966). From 1967 to 1969, he worked in the provincial university graduate distribution office. From 1969 to 1974, he was Secretary of the general office of the provincial Party committee and deputy director of the office of the Organization Department of the provincial Party committee. He was Deputy Secretary of Ningjin County Party committee from 1974 to 1975. He was Secretary of Ningjin County Party committee from 1975 to 1983. From 1983 to 1985, he served as secretary of Handan prefectural Party committee. From 1985 to 1990, he served as member of the Standing Committee of the provincial Party committee, Minister of the Propaganda Department, member of the Standing Committee of the provincial Party committee, and vice governor of the province (from April to July 1990). He was Deputy Secretary of Yunnan provincial Party committee from 1990 to 1992, vice secretary of Shaanxi provincial Party committee and President of Shaanxi provincial Party school from 1992 to 1997. In December 1997, he served as Deputy Secretary of the Party group of the CPPCC Hebei Provincial Committee. In 1998, he served as vice chairman of Hebei Provincial CPPCC. Alternate member of the 12th CPC Central Committee (co elected in September 1985) and the 13th CPC Central Committee. He died in Shijiazhuang on November 16, 1999.
