Wang Siqi

Wang Siqi was born in November 1940 in Tongling, Anhui Province. Graduated from the Department of mechanical engineering, Hefei University of technology, majoring in precision instrument, with university culture. He joined the Communist Party of China in May 1972 and served as chairman of Guizhou CPPCC.
