Zhang Weidong, male, born in 1964, is now an associate professor and director of the Department of environmental science, College of life sciences, Liaoning Normal University.

Character experience

From July 1983 to September 1987, he was a bachelor in Biology Department of Xiamen University, from September 1987 to September 1990, he was a master in agronomy Department of Shenyang Agricultural University, and from September 1990 to December 1993, he was a doctor in agronomy Department of Shenyang Agricultural University. From December 1993 to July 1998, he was a teacher in the Department of agronomy of Shenyang Agricultural University; from August 1998 to January 2002, he was a researcher in the Research Office of Shenyang municipal government; from February 2002 to now, he is an associate professor and director of the Department of Environmental Science in the College of life sciences of Liaoning Normal University.

Research direction

Restoration ecology, ecological planning and environmental planning. The characteristics of professional research direction are mainly reflected in the organic integration of environmental planning, industrial planning, urban planning and regional planning under the guidance of eco-environmental economic system theory, especially the strong operability of eco-environmental protection and construction planning and eco industrial planning under the guidance of eco-economic theory. In 1999, the State Council issued the national ecological environment construction plan, which pointed out: "China's natural ecological environment is still very fragile, and the trend of ecological environment deterioration has not been curbed. The deteriorating ecological environment has brought great harm to China's economy and society, and seriously affected sustainable development." In order to solve the prominent contradictions and problems faced by China's ecological environment, the state has implemented the construction of national ecological agriculture counties and ecological demonstration areas under the guidance of the theory of ecological environment and economic system, so that China's ecological environment has been partially managed. In order to popularize the national ecological environment construction from pilot to general, the successful experience and existing problems of 51 national ecological agriculture pilot counties and 154 national ecological demonstration areas were summarized. the main problems are the lack of understanding of a region as a social economic ecological environment complex system, and the unclear guiding role of planning for ecological construction. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out in-depth research on ecological environment planning, strengthen the guidance of ecological environment construction in China, and have great significance for China to realize the sustainable development strategy and implement the basic national policy. the task of ecological environment construction in Liaoning Province in the next 10 years is arduous, and it is urgent to improve the experience of the pilot project and promote it. This research direction is guided by the theory of ecological economy, standardizing the planning, design and management of ecological environment construction in our province, which has important theoretical and practical significance for the social, economic and ecological sustainable development of our province, and will produce good social, economic and ecological benefits for promoting the development of ecological demonstration area and ecological agriculture in our province.

At present, the scientific research topics are environmental protection bureau of Liaoning Province, Changtu County green food industry development planning of Dalian Environmental Protection Bureau, liangjiadian town environmental planning of Dalian City, Yangshufang town environmental planning of Dalian City, environmental planning theory and method, ecological environment evolution and ecological zoning of Liaoning Province.

Academic status

He was admitted to Shenyang Agricultural University as a graduate student in July 1987. Under the guidance of his tutor Professor Shen Hengli (vice president and Secretary General of China Society for ecological economy, and member of the development research center of the State Council), he studied ecological environment planning. In 1998, he was transferred to the Research Office of Shenyang municipal government to engage in decision-making consultation and comprehensive policy research on ecological economy, agricultural economy and environmental economy system analysis . He presided over the planning, construction and Policy Research of the first batch of national ecological agriculture counties and ecological demonstration areas in our province, including the planning of ecological demonstration area in Sujiatun District, which was accepted by the State Environmental Protection Administration and approved as the only national suburban demonstration area; the planning of national sustainable development demonstration area - Sujiatun District; the ecological economic planning of Xibin Township in Panshan County, panzhou city The project has been accepted by the State Environmental Protection Administration, and the project has been accepted by seven national ministries and commissions. mainly participated in and completed a number of studies on ecological environment and economic planning of provinces, cities and counties, including natural ecological environment improvement planning of Liaoning Province; ecological environment planning of Shenyang City; ecological construction planning of Gengzhuang township; construction planning and design of Agricultural High-tech Industrial Development Zone of Shenyang City; Sustainable Development Countermeasures of ecological economy of Liaoning Province. With profound theoretical foundation and rich practical experience, he edited "theory, method and practice of regional agricultural ecological design" and published papers on Ecological Economic Analysis of China's agricultural modernization and development stage.
