Fan Shize, male, Han nationality, was born in September 1972 in Yuzhong, Gansu Province, with a university degree. He started work in July 1997 and joined the party in December 1995.

At present, he is the director of the personnel department of the Bureau of veteran cadres of Gansu provincial Party committee.
