Liu Chuanyu, male, born in June 1974, holds a master's degree in public administration, a doctor's degree in media science and a media scholar; he is the Secretary General and researcher of the Institute of radio, film and new media of Southwest University of political science and law; and he is the researcher of the Institute of Journalism and communication of Sichuan University.
