Without Ye Meng's permission, a8 Music Group (entity company: Shenzhen Huadong Feitian company and Beijing Lesheng Feiyang company) illegally authorized his 8 original songs to China Mobile Group and 12530 websites of mobile companies in various provinces (municipalities directly under the central government) as RBTS to download for profit, and maliciously tampered with the song name, singer signature and songwriter name of these songs. Ye Meng has sued the infringing company in Yuexiu District People's Court of Guangzhou City for this series of cases of malicious infringement of copyright. After many trials, many well-known media such as Xinhuanet, renmin.com and Guangzhou Daily have tracked and reported the cases. Ye Meng's rights protection action promotes mobile operators to improve their online song copyright review system, and plays a positive role in wireless music copyright protection. considering the imperfection of the domestic copyright protection system, after a long time of trial, the three parties finally reached an out of court settlement and won a victory beyond the law!
