ZAOJIA town

Chuangjia Town, Ninghe District, Tianjin is the southwest gateway of Ninghe district to Tianjin and Beijing. The town covers an area of 108 square kilometers, with 36144 mu of arable land and 28309 permanent residents (2017). In 2003, the GDP was 500 million yuan, the fiscal revenue was 11.58 million yuan, and the per capita net income of farmers was 6180 yuan. In 2000, it was named as a well-off town by Tianjin municipal government.

geographical environment

The geographical position is superior. It is adjacent to Beichen District of Tianjin in the west, Dongli District of Tianjin in the south, national highway 205, 20 km away from Tianjin airport, 25 km away from the urban area, 30 km away from Tianjin Xingang, 40 km away from Lutai County, and 7 km away from the exit of Jinji expressway. The double track of Jingtang Expressway to be built will pass through the town with exit.

natural resources

It is rich in natural resources. Qilihai, named Tianjin Ancient coast and Wetland National Nature Reserve by the state, is located in the town. There are 80000 mu of reed land, with an annual output of 40 million kg of reed. Yongding New River flows through the town into the Bohai Sea and can discharge up to standard sewage.

administrative division

There are eight natural villages in Zhuangjia Town, with a population of 24000, a jurisdiction area of 108 square kilometers and 36144 mu of cultivated land. They are: zaojiacheng village, dawangtai village, Fengtai Village, Futai village, dongxiaowangtai village, xixiaowangtai village, Tianxin village and Zhaowen village.

Industry and Commerce

The rapid development of industry and commerce. There are 140 enterprises of various types, mainly including steel, chemical ink, cotton wool knitting, precision casting, plastic and steel products, food processing and other six leading industries. The well-known enterprises are: Tianjin Qiankun iron and Steel Co., Ltd., with fixed assets of 300 million yuan and annual output of 1 million tons of high-quality steel; Tianning resin Co., Ltd. (joint venture with Tianjin ink company), with fixed assets of 50 million yuan and main products of ink resin; Kangxin Food Co., Ltd. (wholly owned by Taiwan businessmen), with fixed assets of 30 million yuan, mainly producing "Master Kang" instant noodle seasoning; Tianjin Qiankun iron and Steel Co., Ltd Wante plastic steel doors and windows products Co., Ltd., with fixed assets of 30 million yuan, mainly produces plastic steel doors and windows and PVC pipes; Tianta Coatings Co., Ltd., with fixed assets of 20 million yuan, mainly produces Tianta paint.

Agriculture

Agriculture is developing towards industrialization. Agriculture mainly focuses on the cultivation of cash crops and animal husbandry and aquaculture, and gradually realizes industrialization relying on (Taiwan) kangnong Food Co., Ltd. and cotton processing enterprises. At present, the area of vegetables is 10000 mu, other economic crops are more than 20000 mu, and the annual output of all kinds of pollution-free vegetables is 50 million kg. Among them, the second generation of energy-saving greenhouse (production of off-season vegetables greenhouse) is 3000 mu, and the greenhouse of zhuangjiacheng is 1200 mu, which is named as "modern agricultural demonstration area" and "pollution-free vegetable production base" by Tianjin municipal government. At present, 3 pig raising districts and 2 cattle raising districts have been built. The number of live pigs, cows and broilers is 40000, 600 and 80000 respectively.

infrastructure

The infrastructure is complete. There are 110KVA and 35KVA substations in the town, as well as banking, postal, telecommunications, national tax, local tax and other service agencies. Zhuangjia Town Industrial Park, which is under construction, covers an area of 5 square kilometers with complete water, electricity and road facilities and smooth roads. Now 11 enterprises have entered the zone.
