(October 18, 1957 -) from Binjiang Town, Yichun City, Jiangxi Province. He is the founder of Qinglong group.

In 1976, he joined the Agricultural Bank of Yichun as a credit officer. In 1986, with the advent of the era of reform and opening up, Mr. Chen chose to resign and start his own business. Starting from scratch, he successively established Yichun Hotel, decoration Department, Quanhong shopping mall, etc., and established Yichun Qinglong Industrial Co., Ltd. in early 1992. In 1994, taking the opportunity of the government's old city reconstruction, Mr. Chen successively invested more than 100 million yuan to launch a number of real estate projects such as Qinglong commercial building, Qinglong Hotel, Yuanzhou commercial city and Qinglong apartment in the golden area of the city center, which is the first time for Yichun city to set foot in the real estate industry. Mr. Song Weifeng is a well-known entrepreneur in Jiangxi Province. He has won many honorary titles and held many social positions.
