Luo Jia

Luo Jia

Luo Jia, male, born in Changsha County, Hunan Province in 1982, is a full-time doctor of Fudan University. He founded sinowell Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. in 2009, and is now the chairman and general manager of the company.

Study experience

He majored in Business Administration of Suzhou University of science and technology in 2000.

In 2004, he was admitted to Jiangnan University as a master of economics. During his master's degree, he studied with Professor Wu Linhai and engaged in the research of multinational companies.

In 2013, he was admitted to Fudan University as a doctoral candidate in management (Full-time). During the doctoral period, he studied under Professor Li Yuanxu and engaged in international business and strategic management research. He obtained his doctorate in management in 2016.

From 2018 to 2019, I participated in the EMBA program of Changjiang business school.

Entrepreneurial experience

Founding a company

In 2009, sinowell Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was founded. Through cross-border e-commerce and traditional foreign trade channels, the high-quality products independently developed and designed are sold to the middle and high-end markets in Europe and the United States, and have created a well-known brand in overseas markets.

Experiencing "337 survey"

In June 2014, Luo Jia applied to "ustic" for "337 investigation" because its products touched the interests of American competitors. Luo Jia hired lawyer Hu Yitai from Alston & Bird LLP to answer the lawsuit, and the seven month lawsuit ended successfully.

In October 2018, Luo Jia and Professor Gong Gaoxin, academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, who are alumni of Changsha No.3 middle school, donated 300000 yuan to his alma mater to reward students with excellent character and learning.

Since 2018, Luo Jia has awarded all the undergraduate students in Huilong village, Huanghua Town, Changsha county every year.
