Wu Wei

Wu Wei, female, Han nationality, was born in November 1965 in Wujiang, Jiangsu Province. He joined the Communist Party of China in January 1988. He graduated from the Party school and worked as a political engineer.

At present, he is the director of the Finance Bureau and Secretary of the Party group of Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province.

Since August 1982, he has successively served as the clerk, vice minister, minister, deputy secretary and Secretary of the League (county) municipal Party committee of Wujiang.

Since October 1995, he has successively served as deputy secretary, mayor and Secretary of the Party committee of Bache town.

In August 2000, he served as assistant mayor of Wujiang City.

Since June 2001, he has been a member of the Standing Committee of Wujiang municipal Party committee, and successively served as Minister of publicity department, Secretary of politics and Law Commission, deputy mayor, deputy secretary of Wujiang municipal Party committee, and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Wujiang FenHu economic development zone.

From October 2012 to February 2013, director of Suzhou financial investment evaluation center, Jiangsu Province.

In October 2012, he served as the director and Secretary of the Party group of Suzhou Municipal Bureau of finance.
