In 2001, H.O.T. group dissolved, and an Qixuan began his personal acting career. On September 1, he released his first album, the Arctic star wish, and won the men's solo award of Mnet Asia Music Award.

On November 2, 2012, an Qixuan and song Qian helped the children of migrant workers' dream and music classroom reform at Yuzhu school in Changping, Beijing.
