Xu Zhongwei is the chief executive officer of ASEAN and South Asia of Standard Chartered group.

Ms. Xu Zhongwei, who was appointed as the chief executive officer of ASEAN and South Asia region of Standard Chartered Group Limited on June 1, 2008. Career: Xu Zhongwei served as the national chief executive of Standard Chartered Singapore from 2015 to 2018. He joined Standard Chartered in December 2009 as head of global wealth management, leading the strategic development of Standard Chartered group's wealth management business. Prior to that, Xu Zhongwei had worked for Citibank for 18 years and held several leading positions in the Asian personal banking business. His last position at Citibank is regional head of retail banking in Asia Pacific region and country business manager of International Personal Banking in Singapore. External appointment: Ms. Tsui is a member of the Institute of banking and finance Council, the statutory board of the workforce Singapore and the board of directors of the urban renewal authority of Singapore.
