Chen Hongyan was born in Dajiang Town, Taishan City, Guangdong Province in 1948 with a strong musical atmosphere. She grew up in the countryside and was deeply influenced by music. In her youth, she was enlightened by teacher Chen pinhao and became famous for playing flute music.

Basic introduction

At the age of 22, he graduated from Guangzhou Conservatory of music, majoring in flute. He came to Hong Kong in 1979 and applied for the position of flute player of Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra. He went to Australia, Singapore, Beijing and Taiwan to perform. In May, 1990, he performed in Portugal at the invitation of Macao cultural society.

In recent years, Chen Jun has been studying flutes for several times. He has been studying flutes by Zhao Songting, the master of flutes. He has made friends with Yu Xunfa, Jiang Guoji and Zhou Linsheng, the first contemporary flutes performers, and has made great progress in mutual study. During his schooling, Chen Jun often represented Guangdong performing arts circles to attend the "China Export Commodities Fair" as a flute solo, which was highly praised. In 1986, he cooperated with Pan Asian Symphony Orchestra to perform the large-scale Chinese Flute Concerto "Zou Xikou". In July 1988, he took part in the first performance of Flute Concerto "three chapters of poetic rhyme" in "Zhang Xiaofeng's Works Concert" directed by Mr. Ma Wen, which was refreshing. His excellent and skillful skills were highly praised by the music industry, and the press once praised him as "natural and elegant". After the concert, Mr. Zhang Xiaofeng was excited to write a poem as a gift: "three chapters of poetic rhyme meet capable people, Hongyan one song four startles, Mo Guanshan Thousands of miles apart, there are bosom friends everywhere. In August 1989, Chen Jun participated in the concert "Jiang nanchun - 60 years of Lu Chunling's flute art" directed by Huang Anyuan, the head of Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra. He performed Lu's works "the present and the past" and "a new look of the water town" together with Master Lu Chunling, which was highly praised by Lu and his critics.
