Yao Liang, born in Shangrao, Jiangxi Province in 1978, is a doctor of sociology. He is a professor of the Party School of Jiangxi provincial Party committee and Jiangxi Administrative College, deputy director of the teaching and Research Department of political science, director of Chinese sociology, one million talents of Jiangxi Province in the new century, and four talents of propaganda, ideology and culture of Jiangxi Province.
