Cui Yan

Cui Yan, male, Han nationality, was born in March 1958 in Yangling, Shaanxi Province. He is a member of the Communist Party of China, a second level Professor, an expert with outstanding contributions in Shaanxi Province. He has a master's degree and a doctor's degree in management.

He once served as secretary of the Party committee of Shaanxi Polytechnic.

On June 1, 2018, the Organization Department of Shaanxi provincial Party committee and the Higher Education Working Committee of Shaanxi provincial Party committee held a cadre appointment announcement meeting in Shaanxi Institute of industry and technology, and Cui Yan was removed from the post of Party Secretary due to his age.

He is the representative of the Sixth Congress of Shaanxi Association for science and technology, the director of Shaanxi Vocational and Technical Education Association, and the director of national five-year higher vocational education school Cooperation Association.
