Zhu Lei

Zhu Lei, male, deputy director of respiratory department of Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University, MD, chief physician, professor and doctoral supervisor. He is the deputy leader of ICU and clinical respiratory physiology group of Chinese Respiratory Society, member of Shanghai Pulmonary Association, respiratory Professional Committee of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, respiratory Professional Committee of rehabilitation medicine, deputy leader of Shanghai COPD alliance, deputy leader of ICU group and COPD society of Shanghai Respiratory Society, editorial board member of Chinese Journal of respiratory and critical care, and Chinese Journal of tuberculosis and respiration The reviewer or special young editor of the journal.

Personal experience

Mainly engaged in respiratory medicine and critical medicine clinical, teaching and research work. In China, he systematically carried out noninvasive mechanical ventilation in the treatment of respiratory failure earlier, and won a series of awards; participated in the formulation of "suggestions on clinical application of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation" by Chinese Medical Association; was invited by Chinese Medical Association to lecture on audio-visual teaching material "noninvasive positive pressure mechanical ventilation in the prevention and treatment of respiratory failure", and became the editorial board member of audio-visual teaching material. He has also made a series of achievements in the research of acute respiratory distress syndrome, critical asthma and complex water and electrolyte disorders, and participated in the formulation of the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of Ali and ARDS issued by the Chinese Respiratory Society. A lot of work has been done on the comprehensive treatment of multiple organ failure and the management of perioperative respiration. The concept of whole course drainage of respiratory tract and alveoli and corresponding treatment measures have been put forward. We also took the lead in carrying out experimental and clinical research on respiratory physiological changes of cardiac insufficiency in China, which confirmed that patients with acute left heart failure can have a decrease in central venous pressure, and appropriate application of mechanical ventilation has a positive inotropic effect, and clarified the mechanism of changes, which provides theoretical and experimental basis for the treatment of severe cardiac insufficiency with mechanical ventilation. He is the main finisher of the national "Eighth Five Year Plan" key project "development of noninvasive mechanical ventilation technology for the prevention and treatment of respiratory failure of pulmonary heart disease" and the "Ninth Five Year Plan" key project of the Ministry of health "new technology for the treatment of respiratory failure". In 1998, 1999 and 2000, he won the third prize of Shanghai clinical medical achievement award (the first complete adult), the third prize of science and technology progress award of Ministry of Health (the second complete adult), and Shanghai excellent postgraduate Achievement Award (Dissertation). "One kind of oxygen absorption device" won the national patent (zl03231859.6) in 2003 and the third prize of Shanghai excellent invention selection competition in 2004. "Experimental and clinical study of mechanical ventilation in the treatment of severe cardiac insufficiency" passed the scientific research appraisal of Shanghai in November 2005. He has published more than 80 scientific research papers and lectures.

In 1998 and 1999, Zhu Lei was rated as the "good teacher in my mind" of Shanghai Medical University and the outstanding young teacher of Shanghai. Edited and completed mechanical ventilation, water, electrolyte and acid-base balance disorder, clinical pulmonary function, mechanical ventilation (Second Edition), clinical respiratory physiology.
