Production steps:
Step 1: cut tofu into small cubes
Step 2: hot pan wide oil, oil temperature 7-8 layers, hot tofu under the block

Step 4: wash leeks and cut into sections

Note: the secret of the success of this dish is "fast"! When frying leeks, be sure to fry quickly, otherwise the leeks will be fried old, the color is not good-looking, it will not taste like leeks.
