Every year before and after Qingming Festival, we make some moxa sticks or moxa horn to eat. It can not only remove the dampness, but also taste delicious. "
Production steps:
Step 1: stir fry the peanuts, remove the clothes, crush them with a wine bottle, add some sugar, and mix well. Wash banana leaves, put them in boiling water for a while, remove and drain water, cut them into moxa horn and set aside. (these are not photographed)
Step 2: wash the wormwood, chop it, and take out the juice by hand; then beat the wormwood into mud with blender; put it into a frying pan, add a little water to boil; add some sugar, and boil; then add half of the glutinous rice flour, boil for a while, turn off the fire; after a little cool, add the remaining half of the glutinous rice flour, and rub it with hands until it's smooth, then cover it with dry towel for standby. Step 3: take a proper amount of dough and rub it round.
Step 4: press flat and pack in the filling.
Step 5: fold it in half, seal it and put it on the oiled banana leaves.
Step 6: make all moxa horn in turn, line up the steaming rack, put it into the steamer, boil the water and steam for 10 minutes.

Note: when kneading the powder in step 2, it's a little hot. At first, you can mix it with chopsticks, and then knead it when it's suitable for hand temperature. No banana leaves, you can use fuguizi leaves or corn leaves, and you must sweep oil instead of oil paper. If you don't sweep oil or use oil paper instead, you can't get rid of it after steaming.
