Luoshenhua tremella soup

Introduction:

"Luoshen flower is rich in protein, organic acid, vitamin C, many kinds of amino acids, a lot of natural pigments and many kinds of minerals beneficial to human body. Tremella fuciformis has the functions of strengthening essence, tonifying kidney, moistening intestine, benefiting stomach, tonifying Qi, harmonizing blood, strengthening heart, strengthening body, tonifying brain, refreshing, beautifying, rejuvenating skin and prolonging life

Production steps:

Step 1: prepare materials. (lotus seed, tremella, pre bubble hair)

Step 2: wash tremella, cut off the Yellow pedicle on the back and tear it into small pieces

Step 3: soak Roselle in water

Step 4: pour lotus seeds and Tremella into the pot and simmer for one hour

Step 5: add roselle and simmer for 10 minutes

Step 6: add rock sugar and simmer for 10 minutes until saccharified

Materials required:

Tremella: right amount

Lotus seed: right amount

Roselle: moderate

Rock sugar: right amount

Note: add enough water at one time, and avoid adding water midway. If you don't use an electric pressure cooker, first boil the water over high heat, then turn it to low heat and simmer slowly. Stir it from time to time, otherwise Tremella may stick to the pot.
