Production steps:
Step 1: raw materials.
Step 2: cut the yam into strips.

Corn starch: 2 tbsp
Note: yam wrapped in corn starch deep fried to achieve the effect of charred outside and tender inside, duck yolk has been very salty, so there is no need to put salt.
