Introduction:
Production steps:
Step 1: shredded cabbage, sliced pork, add soy sauce and starch, grab it.
Step 2: cook the noodles in cold water.
Step 3: then drain the water, add a small amount of cooking oil and stir to avoid adhesion.
Step 4: put oil in the pot, heat slightly and stir fry the meat slices.
Step 5: stir fry until discolored, then saute half of the scallion until fragrant.
Step 6: add shredded cabbage and stir fry over high heat.
Step 7: stir fry until the cabbage is soft and flat, put in the noodles and turn them evenly.
Step 8: add soy sauce, oyster sauce, minced garlic sauce, sugar and salt to taste. Before leaving the pot, add the other half of scallion and stir fry.
