Production steps:
Step 1: add sugar to the egg yolk and stir in hot water.

Coffee: 40 ml (espresso)
Irish whisky: 10 ml
Cocoa powder: moderate
Sugar powder: right amount
Note: generally, we all mix rum and coffee into coffee wine. If there is no rum at home, I will use whisky instead. Use the manual egg beater to beat muscapone cheese slowly. Don't beat it too long, or it will turn into bean curd residue.
