Production steps:
Step 1: clear flour (wheat starch) and raw flour (corn starch). First according to the ratio of 3:1 with powder, hot powder with boiling water, and noodles. Our goal is to make dough out of flour. So if you put too much boiling water, you can add some corn starch while adding some Chengfen. The ratio is still 3:1.
Step 2: add lard. Until it's mixed into dough, not sticky. Then wrap it in plastic wrap and set it aside to wake up for 15 minutes.
Step 3: filling. People allergic to seafood should not eat shrimp. With pig meat, also very OK. I used pork stuffing this time. Remember to put sugar to improve the taste ~ and the pork with sugar (cooked) is pink and tender red. Add salt or soy sauce, cornmeal and mix well. Put green onion or some cabbage and vegetables. Pure meat is not so delicious.
