Jujube cake

Production steps:
Step 1: raw material drawing
Step 2: sift low gluten powder for standby
Step 3: separate the yolk and protein and put them into two clean containers
Step 4: mix the egg yolk with corn oil, half of the sugar powder and jujube paste
Step 5: mix well and add the sifted low powder
Step 6: stir them again
Step 7: add a few drops of lemon juice to the protein, add sugar powder in three times, and beat until dry foaming
Step 8: the dry foaming protein won't fall down (use stainless steel basin), don't try other basins
Step 9: pour one third of the protein into the egg yolk mixture and stir well
Step 10: pour the mixture into the protein and mix well again
Step 11: pour the mixture into the mold and shake twice
Step 12: preheat the oven 180 degrees, heat up and down for 25 minutes (use toothpick to check whether it is baked)

Jujube paste: 50g
Corn oil: 23g
Powdered sugar: 30g
Lemon juice: 10 drops
Note: after baking, the cake mold should be turned down immediately and demoulded after cooling
