Fried cucumber with Perilla
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: shred perilla, dice garlic and millet pepper.
Step 2: wash the cucumber and cut it into pieces about 8mm thick.
Step 3: heat the oil in a pan and fry the cucumbers one by one until yellowish on both sides.
Step 4: shovel up the fried cucumber and set it aside.
Step 5: in another wok, add garlic, perilla and millet pepper into medium heat and stir fry until fragrant.
Step 6: pour in cucumber, stir fry evenly, add salt and oyster sauce to taste.

Millet pepper: right amount
Cooking oil: right amount
Salt: right amount
Soy sauce: moderate
Note: salt can be put when fried, it will taste better, but considering the high temperature salt is harmful to the body, so put it at last.
