Braised chicken
Introduction:
"Everyone can do stewed chicken. I do it on a whim at the weekend. I usually eat it outside. I don't have as much energy as before when filming. The weather is cold. I took some pictures with my mobile phone while I was making it."
Production steps:
Step 1: wash the chicken and cut it into pieces. Add cooking wine and soy sauce, salt and brown sugar if you like.
Step 2: wash and cut the garlic sprouts into sections (last use).
Step 3: hot pepper, sliced garlic, sliced garlic and prickly ash.
Step 4: heat up the oil in a hot pan, add the dried pepper and garlic slices to make them fragrant.
