Production steps:
Step 1: the grapes are cut down one by one with scissors, and the broken grapes can't be picked out. This process is very hard, and the hands hurt in the end
Step 2: wash the cut grapes with clean water, but don't remove the white ash. It's natural yeast
Step 3: dry the cleaned grapes in the sun
Step 4: crush one by one with hands to separate the skin, seeds and pulp. Wash hands clean, put rock sugar on them and seal them in a large jar
