Production steps:

Step 1: a small bowl of bean dregs, a small half bowl of flour, two eggs, an appropriate amount of washed shrimp skin, and a small half bowl of chopped scallion.

Step 2: pour the bean dregs, flour, scallions and shrimps into the basin, and beat in the eggs.

Step 3: add the right amount of salt and white pepper, and stir all the ingredients into a thick paste.

Step 4: heat the pan and brush a thin layer of bottom oil. Spoon the batter into the pan to form a round shape.

Step 5: fry over low heat until the lower part of the batter is set, then turn over carefully until both sides are golden.

Bean dregs: 1 small bowl

Flour: half a small bowl

Eggs: two

Scallion: half section

Salt: 2 tbsp

White pepper: half a teaspoon

Note: 1. Because I didn't filter the bean dregs too dry when filtering, I don't need to add water after adding two eggs. If I feel that the batter is too dry, I can add water slowly. Don't add too much water at a time. 2. When frying bean dregs cake, if you can't spread the batter into a circle of the same size as me, you can use the baking mold to make a reshape, which can attract children's appetite.
