Production steps:
Step 1: prepare glutinous rice flour.
Step 2: wash Lycium barbarum and dry it with kitchen paper.
Step 3: put a little water in a small bowl to turn two spoonfuls of glutinous rice flour.
Step 4: put proper amount of water in the pot, bring to a boil, put in a spoonful of cooking oil, pour in the batter, stir until transparent until cooked.
Step 5: pour the batter into the glutinous rice flour.
Step 6: knead the glutinous rice flour into a smooth dough.
Step 7: pull into a small squeeze, press a small nest with your fingers, and put in half a medlar.
Step 8: smooth the small dough so that the dumplings are ready (pack the dumplings in fresh-keeping bags and put them in the freezer for preservation).
Step 9: prepare half a bowl of wine and an egg.
Step 10: prepare half a bowl of dumplings.
Step 11: bring water to a boil, pour in the dumplings and cook for about three minutes.
Step 12: float the dumplings and put them into the wine.
Step 13: boil again and pour in the egg mixture.
Step 14: turn off the heat and add brown sugar.
Materials required:
Glutinous rice flour: 300g
Wolfberry: 25g
Egg: 1
Wine: half bowl
Oil: right amount
Brown sugar: right amount
Note: 1. When cooking dumplings, light the fire slightly, and make sure the wolfberry inside is soft. 2. Cook the batter and noodles with oil, so that the dumplings don't paste the soup, and the taste of the dumplings is better.
