Step 1: Chop ginger into powder, add a little soy sauce and salt to mix well.

Soy sauce: moderate

Note: Cigao, some places called Ciba. The amount of glutinous rice and Japonica Rice depends on your feeling. How soft glutinous rice is, how hard japonica rice is. So the proportion is the most moderate.
