Production steps:

Step 1: preparation materials: 250g chicken breast, 1 cucumber, 1 carrot, 50g cashew nuts, green onion, ginger and garlic.

Step 2: dice chicken breast, slice cucumber and cut carrot into flower shape.

Step 3: marinate the diced chicken with dry starch, black pepper and cooking wine.

Step 4: heat some oil in the pot, add onion, ginger and garlic.

Step 5: stir fry the diced chicken.

Step 6: stir fry until the diced chicken changes color.

Step 7: stir fry cucumber and carrot.

Step 8: stir fry evenly, add appropriate amount of salt and soy sauce.

Step 9: add some cashew nuts.

Step 10: stir fry evenly and then put on the plate.

Materials required:

Chicken breast: 250g

Cashew nuts: 50g

Cucumber: 1

Carrot: 1

Scallion: right amount

Ginger: right amount

Garlic: right amount

Soy sauce: moderate

Dry starch: appropriate amount

Salt: right amount

Black pepper: right amount

Cooking wine: moderate

Note: in order to keep cashew nuts crisp, be sure to add cashew nuts at the end.
